What utilities are included in my lease?
Rent includes water, trash, sewer and pest control.

What kind of pets do you allow and what fees are involved?
Cats and dogs are accepted.  Exceptions are for restricted breeds.  A non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 is required for each dog and $200.00 for each cat.  Service animals are excluded.

What are the income and credit qualifications?
Total monthly household income (gross) must be at least two and a half (2.5) times the amount of the apartment’s rental rate.  Proof of income is required. (i.e. pay stubs) No unpaid rental related debt, no rental judgments or bankruptcies within the last twelve (12) months. Must pass third party credit screening.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?
If the apartment is left in a good clean move-in condition, the deposit will be refunded as long as lease terms were met.

How long is the term of the lease? Do you accept leases for short term leases?
We offer a 3-18 month leases. Yes, as long as it is a 3 month minimum.


Am I required to have renters insurance?
Management’s property insurance does not cover any Resident furniture, clothing or other personal property.  Residents are hereby advised to procure renter’s insurance to protect their personal property.

Do you offer furnished or corporate apartments?
We offer the finest selection of fully-furnished corporate apartments.

If I need something repaired in my apartment, how do I get it fixed?
We offer 24-Hour emergency maintenance services available via our website.

When is my rent payment due? How can I pay my rent?
Payment due on the 1st ; late after the 5th ($50 late fee); additional late fee of $50 after 10th of the month. You can pay rent online via our Resident Portal.

What day am I liable for a late charge?
All rent must be paid by the 5th of the month, on the 6th a late charge will be added.

Do you have parking?
Parking is offered for an additional $175 per space monthly.  Located in our building: covered and reserved.
